Care built on your blood results.

Your practitioner reads your health signals, builds a plan around them, and checks them again every 3 months to see where you’ve improved and where you haven’t.

What you get

Practitioner-developed guidance

Your plan follows doctor-developed clinical guidance and is written by an AHPRA-registered practitioner who has read your results.

A plan built on your signals

Your results become a clear weekly treatment plan: what to take and when, how to train, and the habits that move your numbers.

An example week from a treatment plan: a morning medicine, a B-complex and training, Monday to Sunday.

Every 3 months

A fresh test every 3 months. See where you’ve improved and where you haven’t, and change course early.

Every result, over time

Your portal lines up each test against the lab’s range, report after report.

Total cholesterol: 7.2 mmol/L on the first report, 5.9 mmol/L on the latest, over 4 results. Moving back towards range.

The 3-month check-in.

Bodies change slowly, and plans should change with them. Every 3 months we ask for fresh blood results. Your practitioner compares them with your last set, keeps what’s working and changes what isn’t.

Required for Longevity care.

  1. Step 1: Start

    Your baseline

Your first results set the starting point your plan is built on.
  2. Step 2: 3 months

    First retest

Your practitioner compares the new results with your baseline and adjusts your plan.
  3. Step 3: 6 months

    Second retest

Keep what’s working. Rethink what isn’t moving.
  4. Step 4: Every 3 months

For as long as you’re in care

A regular check keeps your plan matched to how your body is changing.

How it works.

  1. Consultation

Tell your practitioner about your goals, symptoms and history. They decide which blood tests you need.

  2. Blood test

Visit one of our pathology partner’s collection centres. Results go straight to your practitioner. Tested in the last 12 months? Upload those results instead.

  3. Results review

Your practitioner reads every result alongside your symptoms and history, and talks you through what it means.

  4. Your plan

A plan tailored to what your results show, with clear next steps.

  5. Retest every 3 months

Fresh results show what has changed, and your plan changes with them.

Questions? Answers.

Why do you ask for blood results every 3 months?

Changes to diet, exercise, weight and treatment take weeks to show up in your blood. 3 months gives them time to show, and is soon enough to change course if something isn’t working.

Which services need regular blood tests?

Longevity care asks for fresh blood results every 3 months. Your practitioner will tell you which tests to repeat each time.

Is the blood test included in the consultation fee?

No. The consultation fee covers your consultation only. Blood collection is arranged and paid separately with our pathology partner, and results come back to your practitioner automatically.

Can I use results from my GP?

Yes. Upload the report in your patient portal and your practitioner will review it. Your first results can be up to 12 months old.

Do the charts in the portal tell me whether I’m healthy?

No. They show where each result sits against the range the lab printed beside it, and how it has moved since your first test. Your practitioner explains what that means for you.
