How it works

Four steps, start to treatment.

  1. Start your online visit

A short questionnaire about your health and goals.

  2. We check what you need

Some treatments need blood tests first. Many need nothing extra.

  3. Consult a practitioner

An AHPRA-registered practitioner reviews your options with you.

  4. Start treatment

Where appropriate, we arrange delivery and ongoing care.

Questions? Answers.

How does Cipher Health work?+

Start an online visit, answer a short medical questionnaire, and a licensed practitioner reviews your request. If suitable, treatment and pharmacy delivery are arranged for you.

Do I need an initial consultation?+

New patients start with a paid initial consultation so a practitioner can assess suitability and build a personalised plan.

Can existing patients book a re-script?+

Yes. If nothing has changed, existing patients can book a quick re-script call instead of a full follow-up.

Who is eligible for Cipher Health services?+

Suitability is decided by an AHPRA-registered practitioner during a clinical consultation. They review your medical history, symptoms, current medications and previous treatments to judge whether our services are clinically right for you.

Is alternative healthcare legal in Australia?+

Yes. Alternative healthcare is legal in Australia when it's delivered by AHPRA-registered practitioners who work to the professional standards of the Medical Board of Australia and follow therapeutic goods regulations for anything prescribed.

How do I prepare for a telehealth consultation?+

Have a phone or internet-connected device ready, and be prepared to talk through your medical history, symptoms, current medications and past treatments. You may also be asked to share supporting health information after your appointment.

How much does a consultation cost?+

Consultation pricing is shown clearly during booking, so you'll always see the cost before you confirm your appointment.
